As part of the MPEG4 transition, I upgraded to a HD set top box. The set top box was installed on 22nd Aug. The service personnel told that the services will resume by 6 p.m. that evening. The services never resumed. Have called the customer care and spoke to the technical team about 10 times after that. Each time I am given a new SLA that by this time the problem will be resolved. Its been 2 days since i had the services disrupted. Why do i subscription fees for no services? Will Tatasky keep my services enabled for a single day if i fail to pay the fees on time? The callous attitude of Tata Sky customer care and technical team frustrates me. Do you think i will continue with Tatasky in future and recommend people? Questions that you need to ask yourself. Guess it was never the goal of Tata sky to deliver superior customer service.
PS: Each time i am told that my issue is been escalated to Mr. Murari - Area Supervisor for Bangalore. Guess Mr. Murari doesnt care much about resolving customer problems. Way to go Tatasky and Mr. Murari
