hd channels not working

i am in riyadh using big tv . I am not getting hd channels and showing error 400. other channels are clear. quality showing 54%. i am using hunter 240cm dish and stargold fuji LNB . Any body can help me on this.

8 feet dish is capable of catch the RDTV signals,please try to get more signal quality.because reliance HD required some more signals compare with SD channels.

thanks for the information. how much signal strngth required and how can we improve.i changed LNB and cable.
