thank You, Anu & Tamilan,
I think its better to get good anti virus software, because i have bad experience with avast/Advanced SystemCare. after scanning, this s/w removed my system files.
Free version anti virus software's r not good, compared to premium one, I think.
Now, i :fire: windows and installed ubuntu(Linux).

ya arajapandi u are 100% correct the avast removed many of my drivers including printer drivers from C:/Windows/system32/drivers/ folder
and also it mentioned so many software .exe files as virus and removed that tooo
i thought that a virus converted the good file into virus
but as u said there may be a problem with avast free version
it mainly occurs while encountering problem with pendrives
how about u ?

My Problem : I had a trojan in my windows file, Kernel.exe. i deleted it, and i seem to be losing installed programs and when i boot on it says "check required libraries, cannot find file"
and after installing this virus scanners, i can't able to see the task manager.:crashed:
For me the viruses came from cgi/executable files (web), I think
u have windows vista or xp ?
