ICC Women’s World Cup on ESPN - Sathish - 03-06-2009

Fans of women’s cricket can catch the ICC Women’s World Cup on ESPN. The broadcaster has lined up Wasim Akram, Alan Wilkins, Danny Morrison, and famous women cricketers, Debbie Hockeley, Melanie Jones and Belinda Clarke to cover the event. The live telecast of select seven matches of the World cup being played in Australia is scheduled at 4.20 a.m. The World Cup Australia 2009 starts on Saturday, and will be played over 16 says. Australia, England, India, New Z ealand, Pakistan, South Africa, Sri Lanka and the West Indies are taking part. India, led by fast bowler Jhulan Goswami, will play Pakistan on the first day of the tournament.
