MUMBAI: After hunting out the best comic talents amongst kids with Chhote Miyan, Colors is now ready to begin an aggressive search for the small dancing talents across India.

The channel is gearing up to launch Chak Dhoom Dhoom- a show that will see children between the age group of 5-14 competing for the ‘Best Junior Dancing star’ title from across the nation.

Starting next week, the Viacom18 channel will kick off six-city auditions for the show, spread over a two-month period.

The channel has also roped in choreographers Saroj Khan, Ahmed Khan and Bigg Boss season 3 winner Vindu Dara Singh to don the jury's hat while Bigg Boss 3 runner up Pravesh Rana will host the show.

Says Colors programming head Ashvini Yardi, “The young India is extremely talented and full of energy and exuberance. Chak Dhoom Dhoom will provide an opportunity to showcase their dancing skills before an eminent jury and the Indian audiences.”

The auditions will be held in Lucknow, Ahmedabad, Bhopal, New Delhi, Kolkata, and Mumbai and choreographer duo Bosco and Ceaser will mentor the kids. The show is being produced by Endemol India.

Incidentally, Zee TV runs a very popular dance reality show Dance India Dance, which is in its second season now, currently clocking a 5+ TVR.
